At ADRENO Ocean Outfitters, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your aquatic adventures. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ADRENO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our dive masters inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
